Jazz lives and draws inspiration from the sea – John Nurminen Foundation’s discussion

Turku Sea Jazz kicks off in the beautiful setting of Cathedral Park Terrace, in collaboration with the John Nurminen Foundation. The evening opens with Siina Suutarinen’s album release concert.

During the concert intermission at 7 PM, a discussion (in Finnish) titled “Jazz Lives and Draws Inspiration from the Sea” will take place, where current guests reflect on the relationship between music and the sea. The names of the panelists will be announced in May. The discussion will be moderated by Maija Soljanlahti, producer at the John Nurminen Foundation. The event is weather-dependent.
